What do you mean?
What do you mean, what are your options? Now, or then? Then, your options are to either agree to a relocation that potentially moves your out of state or you don't. Those are the only options. Now, your best option for keeping them in-state is to make yourself into their primary parent. Be the one who does the job. You take them to extracurricular, you take them to doctor's appointments, you sign off on homework, you show up at all school meetings and teacher conferences, you volunteer to have them any minute your spouse or ex cannot have them, you involve them in a family and social network here. When the court looks at relocation, obviously the closer you are to the primary parent, the harder it is for them to let the move away. Good luck.
